Dear CrossFit Threshold:

I’m not a member, but I wish I was!  My wife Amina and son Eli are both active members – four days per week at last count.  You have done wonders for both of them (and of course my daughter Mikayla in Tae Kwon Do next door).  Eli is an addict and I can’t think of anything better than CrossFit Threshold to be addicted to.  He is very active in high school (now a senior), but he didn’t play any team sports in school and you have filled that void and then some.  Eli comes back from every one of his workouts feeling exhausted, but he still has plenty of energy to tell me what he accomplished.  I have no doubt that the fitness discipline and great habits you have taught him will stick with him for the rest of his life.  Amina had no serious exercise regimen at all before joining and now works out four or five days per week.  Her transformation in increased energy and feel-good attitude is amazing.  And yes, Amina comes home exhausted, but with plenty of energy to call me at work (every day) to tell me what she accomplished – it’s the best call I get every day!  And as an added bonus, Amina used to need an Advair inhaler to help her breath during a constant bout with a nasty bronchial condition.  Amina has thrown away her Advair inhalers its been so long since she needed them.  When my oldest son JD came home for the holidays, he tried out CrossFit Threshold and was so impressed that he joined in California.  He loves it, but he thinks your CrossFit Threshold has a unique quality that he hasn’t found in other CrossFit gyms – an incredibly dedicated staff.  My daughter Mikayla (age 7) is a future CrossFit Threshold member.  She tried  one of your youth classes and said it was the best ever.  Now all we need to do is figure out how to squeeze in a few workouts in between her Tae Kwon Do classes.  Thank you for everything you do every day for my family.  You care about your members and it shows.  Larry
