20 minutes to work up to a 5 rep Bear Complex (Power Clean + Thruster + Back Squat Thruster) or (Power Clean + Front Squat + Push Press + Back Squat + Push Press) WOD For time. 3 minute clock Run 400 meters Max Wall Ball Shots (20/14) Continue until 100 Wall Ball Shots are completed (scale run to 300 meters if needed) (25 minute CAP)
